Body Design understands that nutrition is an important although complex part of a healthy lifestyle and there is a huge benefit in having a registered nutritionist on your side.

The “First Step” nutrition program starts with a 90-minute personal assessment that includes review of a one week food diary. Health issues, food choices, eating patterns and lifestyle are also discussed to develop an individualized nutrition plan that can be immediately and easily implemented.

Two, subsequent 60-minute appointments will provide the following:

  • An opportunity for reflection and implementation of changes based on achievements
  • Each session offers the ability to implement small changes to ensure success
  • One-on-one time with a registered nutritionist to ask questions and receive positive motivational tips and techniques
  • Recipes, shopping lists, “avoid and enjoy” food lists
  • Plan modifications based on goal re-assessments
  • Follow up notes will be emailed after each session and may include additional supplement recommendations.
